What this comparison measures
These figures come from the monthly comparison already published in Hospitri’s case study. They compare the same April–October window in 2024 and 2025. Each year’s totals below are the sum of its seven monthly rows.
“After management fees” means gross revenue less the management fees reflected in that comparison. It is not a calculation of final profit: the table does not account for all property operating costs, taxes, financing, or other charges. It also does not establish which individual service caused the change.
Historical results for one portfolio are not a forecast or a guarantee for another property.
