SWITCHING TO HOSPITRI

Plan the handover around every upcoming stay.

Plan the handover around every upcoming stay.

A clear transition starts with your current setup: listings, future bookings, guest information, local contacts, and account access. Use this checklist to prepare for a conversation with the Hospitri team.

Six things to bring to the conversation.

Listings and account access

Prepare your listing URLs and identify who owns each account. Record the tools and people with access. Agree the access needed for the new arrangement before changing permissions.

Upcoming reservations

Review future stays, cancellations, guest requests, scheduled messages, and any open issues. Include blocked dates and owner stays in the handover discussion.

Property knowledge

Gather check-in instructions, house rules, property details, recurring questions, access procedures, and escalation contacts. Share operational details through the agreed onboarding process.

Local people and vendors

List the people handling cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and urgent property visits. Agree who schedules work, who approves it, who pays, and how updates reach the guest team.

Reporting and responsibilities

Bring your reporting needs and current fees. Confirm task ownership, approvals, scope, service terms, and what information will be available after the transition.

How long does a transition take?

The requirements and timing need to be agreed for your portfolio. Bring your current software, channels, listing count, account arrangements, and upcoming reservations so the team can review the work involved.

Will my listings, reviews, and future bookings stay the same?

Review each channel and account setup before making changes. Agree how existing listings, reviews, reservations, messages, and blocked dates will be handled. This preparation guide does not promise automatic transfers or uninterrupted migration.

Can I keep my current cleaners and maintenance contacts?

Bring those arrangements to the discussion. Hospitri includes cleaning coordination and maintenance schedules; the specific local responsibilities, approvals, and vendor arrangements need to be agreed for your portfolio.

Should I change access or cancel my current service now?

First agree the transition requirements, responsibilities, and timing with the relevant teams. Review your current service terms and upcoming stays before changing access or ending an existing arrangement.

What should I send with my first inquiry?

Start with property locations, listing count, booking channels, current software, and the work you need support with. Account access and detailed operational information can be discussed through the agreed onboarding process.

What services and fees should I compare?

Hospitri includes software, AI, a dedicated Virtual PM, 24/7 bilingual guest support, revenue and channel management, coordination, and reporting. Starter is $65 per listing per month for 1–5 listings, Professional $55 for 6–15, and Growth $50 for 16–24, each plus 8%. Enterprise is quoted for 25 or more listings.
